AKAR JEWELLERS reserves the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

Customers are required to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details while placing orders or enquiries. Any delay or failure caused due to incorrect details shall not be the responsibility of AKAR JEWELLERS.

Customized or specially manufactured jewellery orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Advance payments made for custom jewellery orders are non-refundable.

All website content including logos, images, product designs, graphics, text, videos, and branding materials are the exclusive property of AKAR JEWELLERS.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

Digital Gold: Once you place an order to purchase digital gold using the AKAR JEWELLERS mobile application, you cannot cancel the transaction or get a refund for the same. You may sell and redeem it for physical gold or have the value transferred to your bank account by selling it digitally. All orders are final upon customer confirmation.

Digital Gold Lease Cancellation / Premature Termination: Once the customer has opted for leasing digital gold, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may exit a lease at the end of the tenure mentioned on the listing page. Currently, the customer cannot prematurely cancel the lease.

Book My Gold: Once you place an order to book the gold price using the Book My Gold option, you cannot cancel the transaction or get a refund for the same. You may redeem it for physical gold jewellery or ornaments depending upon the price booked for the respective metal purity.

Gold Scheme Payments: Customers enrolling for Gold SIP schemes through AKAR JEWELLERS must abide by the respective Gold scheme terms accepted at the time of enrolment. Once enrolled, no cancellation or refund is processed for the successful Gold Scheme payment.

AKAR JEWELLERS E-Gift Card / Vouchers: E-Gift Cards or vouchers once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Purchased E-Gift Cards can be redeemed to purchase Gold, Silver, or Diamond Jewellery from the showroom of AKAR JEWELLERS.

AKAR JEWELLERS Jewellers (“AKAR JEWELLERS”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to compliance with applicable Privacy Laws in the country where AKAR JEWELLERS’s product is distributed.
